Niko {newborn}

Meet Niko! My first newborn session of 2013! First thing you should know about these photos is that he is NOT photoshopped onto that football. People who have seen these photos assume I "put" him on that football thanks to photoshop. Um, NO. He really was sleeping on that ball. It took a lot of patience, but I was determined to get this shot. And actually, he stayed on there for awhile...and we even replaced the ball twice..and put a helmet in there too hahaha. He was the most perfect lil model! I'm still in awe we were able to get these images. And i'm pretty convinced he is the cutest lil 49ers fan...ever.

1, 2, 3!!! {Pregnancy Announcement}

Meet my friend Megan and her ADORABLE family! When she told me she was pregnant with baby #3 I was soooo unbelievably happy for them!!! I had to keep her pregnancy a secret since we were going to do her pregnancy announcement with these photos. Keeping that secret was sooo hard...but I loved that I was one of very few people who knew baby #3 was on the way! This was the most perfect shoot to start off 2013 :)

Diva Meltdown {It happens}

People are always asking me, "Wow! All the kids in your photos always look so well behaved..how do you do that?! They never seem to be crying or upset...just always smiling!" Well..let me tell you...crying and meltdowns happen. A lot. Kids will be kids... they get upset easily, so you just gotta roll with the punches. Parents always seem to be so mortified on shoots when their children don't listen, or won't sit still, or smile..etc etc. Trust me when I say I have seen it all. But, we always make it work. And sometimes those crying meltdown photos end up being the funniest photos ever. For example, scroll down to see these photos of my Goddaughter. Diva meltdown to the max.

Last photoshoot of {2012}

Here it is...Feb 16th and posting Christmas photos ...well, better late than never right? haha! Here are 3 of my favorite kids in the entire world. No holiday season is complete unless I photograph my nephews and Goddaughter. Aren't they just the cutest siblings ever?! I just love them so much.

How do you get two boys to start laughing? Tell them you just farted. This is a technique that always works LOL especially on my nephews hahaha

Brooklyn {Newborn}

This adorable little girl was born right before Christmas, so we of course had to do a Christmas themed photoshoot! {at least for a few shots hehe} She is pure perfection!

Another family you might recognize from previous blogs! I must say, one of my favorite reasons why Winter is my fav time of year is because I get to see all my awesome clients again! I haven't seen Kailey since I photographed her as a newborn..and she is ohhh sooo cute! And by far, the cutest elf ever!
