Avery {Shabby Chic}

The Goddaughter AKA: the most photographed lil girl ever :)

Mother & Son {so sweet}

I heard this quote a long time ago, and it came to mind when I took these photos: "You'll be his first kiss...his first love..his first friend. You are his momma, and he is your whole world. He is your little boy"

O.N.E {is fun}

This adorable little girl just turned ONE so we wanted to do a cake smash session...but she didn't want any part of the cake {even though you can't really tell from these photos haha}. But we still managed to get some super cute family portraits and some solo pics of just her in that oh so cute sailor dress {which I adore!}. Such a lovely family!

A Mother's Love {Family}

Siblings {L.O.V.E}

I have never in all my years of photographing kids seen a love between siblings like I have in these three.

It's all about the little moments {Mother & Daughters}

The pictures from this photoshoot truly warm my heart. As a photographer, I love to capture those special moments between a mother and child. It seems as though on every shoot I ever go on, the mother is always telling me she has no pictures with her children. Why? Because the mom is ALWAYS the one taking all the photos! She is the one behind the camera. Because of this, I always try to snap a shot of the mom with her children. I can't stress how important these types of photos are. I know this, because I treasure all the photos I have of my own mother and I. Hugs. kisses. holding hands. laughing. Those sweet little moments.

I just adore these photos of my friend Camille & her daughters. We also did photos with the Grandparents which also is so heartwarming. Beautiful children. Beautiful mother. Beautiful Grandparents. Beautiful family.

Mike & Sarah {and Omnom too!}

Two of my favorite people of all time....love them! Sarah is one of my best friends and my assistant when I shoot weddings. You probably recognize these two from previous blogs. I photographed their wedding, and well, have been photographing them for years actually. We always have so much fun when we do shoots & I always laugh to the point I can barely breathe.
