I'm so excited to showcase this blog! {yes, I'm a few months late! trying to get caught up!!} Everything about this wedding was perfect. Breathtaking church. Gorgeous bride. Handsome groom {who happens to be one of my good friends!}. Perfect weather. Awesome bridal party. And lovely families on both sides! All of this made my job as their wedding photographer easy. With the thousands of photos I took, it was so hard to narrow it down to my favs for this blog. But here they are!!!

2012/2013 Senior Rep Program

If so, then my Senior Rep Program may be for you!

It’s that time of year, so Rachel Robena Photography is ready for 2013 Seniors! I am looking for FUN upcoming seniors to help promote my business to their friends.

But, what is a Senior Rep!?

Senior Reps are exclusive spokespersons/representatives for Rachel Robena Photography. Senior reps are high school students graduating class of 2013. Reps can be from any of the following South Bay high schools:

El Segundo High School, El Segundo

Mira Costa High School, Manhattan Beach

Redondo Union High School, Redondo Beach

Torrance High School, Torrance

North High School, Torrance

South High School, Torrance

West High School, Torrance

(or your local high school)

Senior Reps will be responsible for marketing Rachel Robena Photography to their friends, family, or acquaintances through the use of social media (facebook, twitter, instagram) and rep cards. Reps represent Rachel Robena Photography by referring their friends and informing their classmates about my Senior Sessions throughout their senior year.

 It is also important to let your Junior friends in on the info so they can apply for the 2014 program! For every friend you refer to me, you will receive special discounts on your print orders.

What I’m looking for in a Senior Rep:

·      Have great style/ sense of personal style

·      Outgoing personality

·      Use social media sites (facebook, twitter, Instagram) on a regular basis

·      LOVE having your picture taken

·      A current high school senior graduating class of 2013

·      Be available to have session completed before September 1^st

·      Agree to tell your friends and classmates about Rachel Robena Photography & share your senior portraits with them

·      Ideally I would like one lady and one gentleman from each high school (but I can make exceptions!)

·      Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form

·      Be ready to have fun as my rep!!!

Um…this sounds cool, but what’s in it for me?

·      Free photo session (on location with natural light) with unlimited clothing changes. Several locations may be used.

·      The opportunity to earn print discounts for every person you refer to Rachel Robena Photography.

·      20 high res. retouched photos from your Senior Session on CD.

·      100 personalized referral cards to give to friends and classmates with your name, your portrait, and my business information to hand out to friends.

·      Several low-resolution files to share on social networking sites like facebook, blogs, twitter, instagram (with my logo on them).

·      The rep that refers the most clients to my business (and the clients have to book a session) will receive a $50 gift card to their favorite store.

·      If your referral completes a photo session with Rachel Robena Photography, they will receive a 15% discount on their print order.

Referral Discounts:

1-3 referrals- 10% off print order

4-6 referrals- 15% off print order

7-9 referrals- 20% off print order

10-12 referrals- 25% print order

13+ referrals- 30% print order

When your referrals book a paid session and bring in your Rep Card you will receive the above discounts according to the amount of referrals you bring to Rachel Robena Photography. These referrals can include anyone who books the following sessions: senior, newborn, family portraits, portraits, weddings, etc.

Conditions:

·      The classmate(s) must present a referral card in order to be eligible. All referred classmates will receive 15% off their print order with a valid referral card.

·      Your participation in the program will not only introduce you to a new way for personalized photography, but also a way to earn incentives toward your session for senior portraits at little or no cost.

·      Parents or legal guardians of the Senior Rep must sign a model release, allowing Rachel Robena Photgraphy to use your images for advertising purposes.

·      Senior Reps are “exclusive” to Rachel Robena Photography and agree to not promote or post images from another photographer until after you graduate and your rep year has ended.

If you are interested in being my Senior Rep, please e-mail rachelrobena@gmail.com explaining why you feel you would be the perfect rep for Rachel Robena Photography. Reps will be contacted if chosen and also announced on the Blog and on Facebook. No more than two reps will be chosen from each school. The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested! 

Kevin & Elizabeth {Wedding}

I absolutely loved photographing this wedding. Such a lovely fun couple! A circus themed wedding? Doesn't get much better than that!! I loved every last detail. Congrats Kevin and Elizabeth!! I wish you all the happiness in the world! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your day! Of all the thousands (literally) of photos I take at a wedding, one of my favorites is of the mother watching her baby girl getting married. I'm not a mother...but I can only imagine that at this very moment, every mother is replaying moments of her daughter growing up. The second she found out she was pregnant, the moment the doctor handed her to her, first steps, words, graduations, etc. All memories that come to mind while looking at her precious baby getting married. I see this on every mother's face at a wedding...and as a photographer, these are the moments I cherish...
